Role Description
This is a commission-based role for a Business Development Executive, located in Dubai, UAE. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, establishing and maintaining communication with prospects, and presenting our brand solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities and clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Promote our social media marketing and creative services
Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:
Prior experience in business development or sales
(preferably in marketing or creative agencies) - 3+ years
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Compensation:
Commission-based, with attractive incentives on successful conversions

Qualifications
Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Proficiency in Business and Account Management
Excellent Communication skills
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the branding or marketing industry is a plus
English and Malayalam are mandatory.
Candidates on their own visa will be given priority
