Sr. Digital Marketing Executive
Role Overview
As a Sr. Digital Marketing Executive, you will lead performance marketing initiatives across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with our creative and strategy teams to deliver campaigns that drive conversions, scale performance, and achieve client goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Manage campaign setup, audience segmentation, budgets, and testing roadmaps
• Monitor KPIs (CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and ensure target achievement
• Analyse campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with design & content teams to shape effective creative performance strategies
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Implement pixels, events, and tracking using GA4 & Google Tag Manager
What You Bring
• 2–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a digital/advertising agency
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Understanding of GA4, GTM, Data Studio, UTM structures, and conversion tracking
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret numbers and optimize campaigns independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage clients & deadlines
Nice to Have
• Exposure to SEO or marketing automation tools
• Experience with e-commerce performance campaigns

About the Role
We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in brand identity design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, concept-driven, and passionate about crafting visual identities that are strategic, consistent, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop complete brand identity systems including logos, visual language, typography, colour palettes, and brand guidelines.
• Create branding deliverables such as packaging, stationery, marketing collaterals, digital assets, and presentation decks.
• Collaborate with strategists, writers, and account managers to translate brand strategy into compelling visual design.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all design outputs.
• Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients.
• Work on multiple projects and deliver high-quality output within timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a branding or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity projects (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and design systems.
• Ability to develop concept-driven design solutions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Good to Have
• Experience in packaging design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or UI basics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.

Role Description
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Prospect for new clients for Origami with the direction of the Director/Sr. Account Manager.
- Work closely with Account Planning leads to pick up new directions and prospects.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince these organizations to do business with Origami.
- Develop a rapport with new clients and create a connect for the Client Services.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new products and additional services to clients.
- Relationship Management with existing clients.
- Works based on Origami business targets and ensure they are met.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in business.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, services and channels.
- Attend industry functions, conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Qualifications
